Egon Zehnder is the world's preeminent leadership and management advisory firm, inspiring leaders to navigate complex questions with human answers. The consulting firm required a branded experience design solution for a digital transformation. The new multi-sided platform would enable consultants to deliver a holistic service while also allowing their clients to review candidates and organisation insights.
Ford determined that a collaborative digital engineering environment was needed. By connecting systems and tools, the new Ford Engineering Design Environment (FEDE) will allow employees to move forward quickly with innovative ideas while working across functional domains.

Prospect and build at scale a new vehicle range via plug and play manufacturing data - logistics, costing and labour included
To innovate more seamlessly within the Product Development organisation, the project team at Ford wanted to explore workflow improvements to the FEDEBOM platform. Internal workflows with the most user interactions (Concept creation, Bill-of-Materials (BOM) and CMF), required a rethink and a more direct way to adjust data variables.
Tasked with understanding the wider process and optimisation of the platform across several stages of the manufacturing process and symbiotically of the workspace verticals within the design environment. FEDE workspaces required UX and UI improvement.
With focus on reducing the cognitive load of the operator, observing the use and variables (mechanical and non-mechanical configuration) which can effect the control model in terms of cost.
Created UX solutions for the FEDEBOM platform that were familiar to the existing user and allowing visibility to the most pertinent data points for review to speed up the workflow. Where possible improved interactions for cumbersome use cases made the experience on-par with a modern SaaS product.

Re-imagining Net-a-Porter’s editorial platform with seamless commerce product integration through a inspirational reading experience.
The Edit was an online editorial publication speaking to millions on monthly readers. The ultimate curation of product and cover content featuring an all female A-lister. The previous reading experience echoed a digital PDF page turner.
The challenge was to create a modern reading experience, that would engage existing customers and pipeline trend driven followers. Awhile translating a luxury brand into a new found entity.

Composing a specialist team to support a design sprint approach. Aligning with stakeholders across the business to support sales, advertising and marketers. Chronic disease is the biggest killer today, we are consumed from our bad habits (poor diet and lack of exercise, mental health) - Exploring a transparent data sharing experience with a AI companion to help guide you through a range of CBT programs.
A personalised experience, and conversational UI, with a series of cognitive behaviour change techniques to support our users’ wellbeing and mental health. Utilising a self-reflection technique by holding up the metaphorical mirror and observing your own behaviour.
Going beyond charts and graphs. The app focused on Spanish teens (13 - 18) that acted as a a guide to show users how they spent their time, and to help them do more of what made them happy.
It's aim was to make you aware of your habits and get coaching and advice with a field tested AI text coach. Trust by design was a core foundation when wanting to access different sensors in the user’s device. Reasons behind why each sensor was needed for and how it would be reflected in the users’ experience.

New platform, new experience: FG were advancing on re-platforming of their current experience, integrating a several acquired datasets across the aviation spectrum. From company profiles, to fleet configuration, maintenance, flight times and safety reports. Providing clear access to several data-points.

From a need to rediscover old classic Lush recipes, the business needed a trigger to create limited batches of old favourites. Create a scalable service to replace the retro range and achieve circa £2.2 million in sales globally. Lush Kitchen was born out of a spark concept experience feature while redesigning the Lush.com website.
The Lush team were introduced to service blueprint where we capture the lifecycle from choosing a product recipe, marketing awareness, to real-time feedback to create excitement and anticipation for the customer.

Shake up your life with positive behaviour change
75% of chronic disease come from bad habits like smoking, poor sleep, lack of exercise and mental health issues. Due to the actions automatically made by your biased decisions. We find it difficult to change these behaviours, let alone become aware of them.
Designing for behaviour change from previous learnings the experience established a baseline, a-point of origin to divert the positive change aimed at a GenZ demographic. By understanding the user's current state and desired outcome, we established a simple input and output change that recommended positive activities to suit their needs.
Design a gestural and input mechanic to create positive journeys instead of goals, within BJ Fogg's B=MAP behaviour framework. The user has access to a frictionless micro-interaction that enables low cognitive effort it interact with. It draws on a sense of progressive rewards, with little to no guilt when incomplete
